These bureaus include the Capitol Police\, Consolidated Emergency Communications\, Maine Criminal Justice Academy\, Drug Enforcement\, Emergency Medical Services\, the Fire Marshal鈥檚 Office\, Gambling Control\, Highway Safety\, and the Maine State Police. He has been working in law enforcement roles for 24 years. \nWe will be talking with him about the philosophical shift that has occurred in law enforcement regarding how to address substance use and misuse.
