What It Means for Our Team

We鈥檙e proud to share that our organization has earned designation as a Recovery Friendly Workplace through RFW Maine. This recognition highlights our commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every employee can thrive.

Recovery Friendly Workplaces recognize that recovery from substance use disorder is a strength鈥攏ot a barrier鈥攁nd we are proud to stand alongside people in recovery. By working intentionally to eliminate stigma and support wellness, we鈥檙e building a workplace that centers compassion, growth, and mutual respect.

Why This Matters

Substance use touches many lives, and workplaces have the power to be part of the solution. As an RFW, we鈥檙e helping to create a culture where employers, employees, and communities collaborate to break down barriers and support positive change.

This designation reflects our values and our ongoing efforts to care for one another鈥攏ot just as coworkers, but as people. Together, we鈥檙e building a workplace that uplifts everyone.

Looking Ahead

This isn鈥檛 a one-time achievement鈥攊t鈥檚 a promise. We鈥檒l continue to learn, grow, and support each other, fostering a workplace where recovery is respected, people are empowered, and no one walks alone.
